Responsibilities and Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Conduct individual treatment sessions and evaluations.
Requirements:
Hold a current therapy license in Arizona (Out-of-state therapists must be willing to obtain an AZ License)
Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance card
Article 9 Training
CPR certified
